一般社団法人OMNI TOKYO（設立準備中。以下「主催者」）は、OMNI AI FILM FESTIVAL TOKYO 2027（以下「本映画祭」）の運営にあたり、応募者、来場者その他の関係者の個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令およびガイドラインに従い、適切に取り扱います。
OMNI TOKYO General Incorporated Association (to be established) (the “Organizer”) handles the personal information of applicants, visitors and others involved in OMNI AI FILM FESTIVAL TOKYO 2027 (the “Festival”) appropriately and in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and guidelines.
2. 取得する個人情報2. Information we collect
主催者は、適正な手段により、次の情報を取得することがあります。
The Organizer may collect the following information by fair and lawful means.
作品の応募時にご提供いただく情報：氏名（チーム名・クレジット表記を含む）、メールアドレス、電話番号、国・地域、所属、SNSアカウント等
Information provided when entering a work: name (including team name and credit), email address, phone number, country or region, affiliation, social media accounts and similar details.
応募作品に関する情報：作品データ、制作情報、使用したAIツール・工程の説明、権利処理に関する資料等
Information about the submitted work: the work itself, production details, a description of the AI tools and stages used, and materials on rights clearance.
来場の事前登録時にご提供いただく情報：氏名、メールアドレス等
Information provided when registering to attend: name, email address and similar details.
本サイトの閲覧に伴う情報：アクセス日時、ブラウザ・端末の種類等（表示言語の設定は端末内にのみ保存され、主催者は取得しません。第10項をご確認ください）
Information generated when browsing this website: access time, browser and device type and similar details. (Your display language setting stays on your device and is not collected by the Organizer; see Section 10.)

4. 公表について4. Publication
選出作品・受賞作品の作品名、氏名またはクレジット表記等を公式サイト・SNS等で公表する場合は、募集要項または個別のご案内で公表の範囲を示したうえで行います。
Where the titles of selected or awarded works and the names or credits of their makers are published on the official website, social media or elsewhere, the scope of publication will be set out in the Entry Guidelines or in individual notices beforehand.
5. 第三者への提供5. Disclosure to third parties
主催者は、次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ご本人の同意を得て行う外国にある第三者への提供については、第7項をご確認ください。
The Organizer does not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases. For transfers outside Japan made with your consent, see Section 7.

6. 審査員・業務委託先への提供6. Jurors and service providers
審査は、OMNI TOKYO実行委員会による一次審査と、審査員による最終審査の二段階で行います。最終審査のため、応募作品および審査に必要な範囲の情報を審査員に提供します。また、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、応募受付システム、メール配信、データ保管等の業務を外部の事業者に委託することがあります。いずれの場合も、目的外の利用をしないよう求め、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
Judging takes place in two rounds: a first round by the OMNI TOKYO Organizing Committee and a final round by the jury. For the final round, we share submitted works and the information needed for judging with the jurors. We may also entrust services such as the entry system, email delivery and data storage to outside providers, to the extent needed for the purposes above. In each case we require that the information is not used for any other purpose and supervise its handling appropriately.
7. 外国にある第三者への提供7. Transfers outside Japan
本映画祭は、オーストラリアを拠点とするOMNI International AI Film Festivalと連携して運営します。主催者は、ご本人の同意を得たうえで、応募者の個人情報を次のとおり同映画祭に提供します。
The Festival is run in partnership with OMNI International AI Film Festival, based in Australia. With your consent, the Organizer provides applicants’ personal information to that festival as follows.
提供先：OMNI International AI Film Festival（オーストラリア）
Recipient: OMNI International AI Film Festival (Australia).
提供する情報：第2項の「作品の応募時にご提供いただく情報」および「応募作品に関する情報」のすべて
Information provided: all “information provided when entering a work” and “information about the submitted work” listed in Section 2.
提供の目的：国際的な審査・選考、OMNIの各国版との連携、OMNI International AI Film Festivalでの上映・広報の検討
Purposes: international judging and selection, coordination with other OMNI editions, and consideration of screenings and promotion by OMNI International AI Film Festival.
提供先の国の個人情報保護制度：オーストラリアでは、1988年プライバシー法（Privacy Act 1988）とオーストラリア・プライバシー原則（APPs）が個人情報の取扱いを定めており、オーストラリア情報コミッショナー事務局（OAIC）が監督しています。ただし、年間売上高が300万豪ドル以下の小規模事業者は、原則として同法の適用対象外です。制度の詳細は、個人情報保護委員会が公表している外国の制度に関する情報（オーストラリア）をご確認ください。
Data protection system in the recipient’s country: in Australia, the handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), overseen by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). However, small businesses with an annual turnover of AUD 3 million or less are generally exempt from the Act. For details, see the information on Australia’s system published by Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission.
提供先が講じる個人情報の保護のための措置：提供先において、日本の個人情報保護法に基づき事業者が講ずべき措置に相当する措置が講じられていることは、現時点で確認できていません。主催者は、提供先に対し、上記の目的の範囲内での利用、適切な安全管理、および目的外の第三者への提供をしないことを求めます。
Measures taken by the recipient: we have not yet confirmed that the recipient has measures in place equivalent to those required of businesses under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. The Organizer will require the recipient to use the information only for the purposes above, to keep it secure, and not to provide it to any other third party for other purposes.
来場の事前登録で取得した情報は、本項の提供の対象外です。
Information collected through visitor registration is not included in this transfer.
応募にあたっては、本項に定める提供への同意が必要です。同意は応募フォームで確認します。
Consent to the transfer described in this section is required to submit an entry. We will ask for your consent on the entry form.
このほか、応募受付システムやデータ保管などに外国の事業者が提供するサービスを利用する場合や、外国に所在する審査員に審査に必要な情報を提供する場合も、法令に従い、必要な情報の提供やご本人の同意の取得など、必要な措置を講じます。
In addition, when we use services provided by companies outside Japan, such as for the entry system or data storage, or share the information needed for judging with jurors outside Japan, we take the steps required by law, such as providing the necessary information and obtaining consent.
8. 安全管理措置8. Security
個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information and otherwise keep it secure.
9. 開示等の請求9. Requests for disclosure and correction
ご本人から、保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止等のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。
If you ask us to notify you of the purposes of use, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, erase or stop disclosing to third parties the personal data we hold about you, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law once we have confirmed your identity.
10. ブラウザの保存領域・アクセス解析10. Browser storage and analytics
本サイトでは、表示言語（日本語／英語）の設定を保存するため、ブラウザの保存領域（ローカルストレージ）を利用します。この情報はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、主催者に送信されることはありません。
This website uses your browser’s storage (local storage) to remember your display language (Japanese or English). This setting stays on your device and is not sent to the Organizer.
本サイトのホスティング事業者（Netlify, Inc.）は、サイトの提供のため、アクセス記録（IPアドレス、閲覧したページ、日時、ブラウザの種類等）を取得します。主催者は、これを集計したアクセス状況（閲覧数など）を、サイトの改善のために確認します。本サイトでは、クッキーを使ったアクセス解析や広告配信は行っていません。
Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., collects access logs (such as IP address, pages viewed, date and time, and browser type) to deliver this website. The Organizer reviews aggregated access statistics, such as page views, to improve the website. This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
11. 外部サービス（コミュニティ）11. External services (community)
主催者は、本映画祭の参加者同士の交流のため、外部サービスのDiscordでコミュニティを運営しています。参加は任意です。Discord上で入力・投稿された情報（ユーザー名、プロフィール、投稿内容等）は、Discord Inc.のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。主催者がコミュニティの運営を通じて取得した情報は、本ポリシーに従い、コミュニティの運営、お問い合わせへの対応および本映画祭に関するご案内の範囲で利用します。コミュニティ内の投稿は他の参加者も閲覧できるため、個人情報を投稿しないようご注意ください。
The Organizer runs a community for Festival participants on Discord, an external service. Joining is optional. Information you enter or post on Discord, such as your username, profile and posts, is handled under the Discord Privacy Policy. Information the Organizer obtains through running the community is handled under this policy and used only to run the community, respond to enquiries and share information about the Festival. Posts in the community are visible to other members, so please do not post personal information.
12. 本ポリシーの改定12. Amendments
主催者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定します。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サイトでお知らせします。
The Organizer may amend this policy as necessary. We will announce any significant changes on this website.

本映画祭の運営は、主催者が設置するOMNI TOKYO実行委員会（新谷 慎吾、株式会社スムージースタジオ、Akihiro Miyagi、Kenta Okabe）が行います。実行委員会の構成員は、本ポリシーに従い、運営に必要な範囲で個人情報を取り扱います。
The Festival is run by the OMNI TOKYO Organizing Committee (Shingo Shintani, Smoothie Studio Inc., Akihiro Miyagi and Kenta Okabe), set up by the Organizer. Committee members handle personal information under this policy only to the extent needed to run the Festival.
